Who we are
Neighborly Plans (neighborlyplans.com and go.neighborlyplans.com) is operated by Alster Group ("we", "us"). We run ads that refer people to partner companies and licensed insurance agents. We are not an insurance company and we are not a government agency.
What we collect
On this website
neighborlyplans.com has no forms, accounts, analytics, or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
When you click one of our ads
Our ad links go through go.neighborlyplans.com, which records the click: the time, your IP address, your browser and device type, the ad and campaign you came from, and a random click ID. It then sends you on to the partner's website along with that click ID. Facebook and Instagram (Meta) may add their own click identifier to the link.
Information you give our partners
If you continue to a partner's website, fill out its form, or call it, that partner collects your information under its own privacy policy. Please read it. Partners may send us limited reports, such as whether a referral was completed and the click ID, so we can measure our ads and be paid for referrals.

- To detect and prevent fraud and invalid clicks.
- To confirm referrals and payments with our partners.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Our affiliate network and partner companies, to confirm referrals.
- Service providers that host and run our websites and link service.

- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep click records only as long as we need them to measure ads, settle payments with partners, and prevent fraud, and then delete them.
Your choices and data deletion
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days. You can control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in Meta's ad preferences.
Children
Our websites are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
